Healthy Salmon Bowl

Ingredients:
Salmon fillets cut in to bite-sized pieces.
1 cup of prepared rice
Thinly-sliced cucumber
Sliced Avocado
Sesame Seeds
Hot/Spicy Mayo
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup green onions
fried wonton strips

Marinate/Season the Salmon with paprika, honey, dijon mustard and salt mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Add cucumbers, avocado, green onion, wonton strips and sesame seeds. Drizzle with hot/spicy mayo.
